Job description
Responsible for leading the global platform management strategy for Creators HQ, a global hub connecting creators, brands, platforms, and industry leaders within the creator economy. Oversees relationships with major social media platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term partnerships that generate value for creators and platforms. Develops and executes the organizationās global platform strategy, negotiating partnership agreements and leading cross-platform initiatives that support creator growth and digital innovation. Analyzes platform trends and insights to guide organizational strategy and enhance creator integration across social ecosystems. Works cross-functionally with programming, marketing, operations, and creator management teams to deliver integrated platform programs, large-scale campaigns, and strategic initiatives aligned with the broader goals of Creators HQ. Oversees reporting and performance metrics for platform partnerships, prepares quarterly updates for leadership, and applies data-driven insights to refine strategies and operational execution. Supports the development of sustainable partnerships that strengthen the creator ecosystem and contribute to high-impact initiatives such as global creator events and industry collaborations.

- Develop and execute a global platform strategy to manage relationships with major social media platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat while aligning initiatives with the long-term vision of Creators HQ
- Lead high-level strategic discussions and negotiations with platform partners to secure favorable agreements, collaborative initiatives, and sustainable partnerships that drive growth for creators and the platform ecosystem
- Analyze platform trends, ecosystem developments, and emerging opportunities within the creator economy to guide organizational direction and inform strategic decisions
- Establish and manage long-term partnerships with social media platforms, monitoring partnership performance and ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams including programming, marketing, operations, and creator management to integrate platform requirements into broader business strategies and operational workflows
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and multi-departmental projects involving platform partners to ensure seamless execution of platform initiatives and campaigns
- Oversee reporting metrics related to platform partnerships and initiatives, ensuring performance visibility and strategic accountability across the organization
- Prepare and present quarterly progress reports and strategic insights to executive leadership while leveraging analytics and data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and optimize partnership outcomes
Experience & skills
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in account management, partnerships, business development, or senior leadership roles within digital media, social platforms, or the creator economy
- Extensive experience working with major social media platforms and a deep understanding of platform ecosystems including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and successful partnership development with global technology or media organizations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to represent the organization in high-level discussions and partnership negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging reporting metrics and insights to drive data-informed strategic decisions
- Fluency in English with Arabic language proficiency considered an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to support platform relationships, strategic initiatives, and global creator economy events
