As a Solutions Engineer at Lean Technologies in Riyadh, you will lead technical pre-sales engagements and post-sale integration processes with enterprise clients, focusing on maximizing the use of Lean’s Open Banking APIs. The role involves understanding client challenges, designing tailored workflows, and guiding smooth technical integration to support business goals in real-time payments and account information access. Acting as the bridge between clients and product teams, you’ll provide ongoing feedback to shape product development and resolve integration issues. You'll join as a founding team member of the solutions engineering function, shaping Lean’s client engagement model and driving client adoption success. Lean is backed by major investors including Sequoia and General Catalyst, and serves leading MENA clients like Tabby, Nayifat, and Circlys.
