Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Senior Specialist - Real Estate Consultant to provide expert consultancy across projects and initiatives, analyzing complex business problems, generating insights, and developing actionable strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and sustainability. The role conducts research, analysis, and assessments to identify challenges and opportunities within existing business processes; supports recommendations, reports, and action plans to improve operational performance and project outcomes; contributes to presentations, briefings, and documentation for internal stakeholders and management review; and participates in stakeholder workshops and discussions to collect data, align objectives, and share insights. Responsibilities include assisting with project documentation such as charters, work plans, and deliverable schedules; providing input on best practices, process improvements, and relevant market or industry trends; collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned project components; and maintaining accurate records and data to support analysis and decision-making. The position values prior experience in real estate development projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) and consulting backgrounds within firms such as Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, BCG, or similar organizations.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role or similar position within relevant industries.
- Experience in consulting firms such as Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, BCG, or similar organizations.
- Prior experience in real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments (highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
