The Manager – Development Financial Analysis role within Qiddiya’s Sports Business Unit focuses on shaping financial strategy, investment planning, and commercial analysis for major sports development projects across Qiddiya City. The mandate includes developing business plans, financial frameworks, and capital optimization strategies for multibillion-dollar sports assets designed for international events. The role requires producing complex Excel-based financial models, optimization studies, feasibility assessments, scenario planning, and committee papers, while contributing to long-term financial forecasting, risk management, valuation of potential investments, and transformational initiatives. The position supports executives, development teams, strategy stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to inform investment decisions, ensure efficient capital allocation, and align projects with Qiddiya’s broader strategic vision for world-class sport and experiential assets. The role requires deep experience in client-side development, operational asset analysis, commercial frameworks, and revenue strategy, with strong analytical capability to translate complex models into clear, actionable presentations for senior leadership.
