Job description
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program at Al Udeid AB, Qatar in a 100% onsite capacity. The role operates under general direction and is responsible for ensuring early quality involvement in program development by reviewing proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements and ensuring alignment with program quality expectations. The specialist prepares, implements and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure that program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are effectively deployed and sustained across the F-15 platform support environment. The position requires in-depth engagement with Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality management system standards and configuration assurance to ensure compliance at hardware, software and system level audits. The Quality Production Specialist analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems and performance gaps, participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation plans, and conducts research while compiling and analyzing performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability within military aircraft maintenance and inspection activities. The role includes conducting quality source selection and process reviews of suppliersā ability to meet program quality requirements, supporting business decisions, and developing coordinated responses for management review and approval. Additionally, the specialist analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The position directly supports operations on F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft, with preferred F-15 platform weapons experience, and requires demonstrated experience in quality or inspection on military aircraft as well as extensive application of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Employment is contingent upon the ability to obtain and maintain export control authorization in accordance with 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 and the ability to secure an interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start as required by the U.S. Government. The role requires willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, overtime and rotating shifts, and offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Visa sponsorship is available, and compensation and benefits are determined locally in Qatar in accordance with applicable local law and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employment is subject to satisfying all labor, immigration and security clearance formalities.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare, implement and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are effectively deployed
- Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems and performance gaps within military aircraft quality and inspection activities
- Develop and implement preventive or corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders based on root cause analysis and data-driven findings
- Conduct research and compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and quality performance
- Perform quality source selection and process reviews of suppliersā ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions for management review and approval
- Execute hardware audits, software audits and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and report results to management
- Analyze data and provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment to ensure compliance and proper resolution
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft supporting fighter aircraft platforms such as F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft
- Possess at least 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and application of quality management system standards within an aerospace or military aviation environment
- Show experience working directly with F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft, with preferred F-15 platform experience and F-15 platform weapons experience
- Exhibit previous Quality Assurance experience and root cause analysis experience in support of military aircraft quality activities
- Be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends, overtime and rotating shifts in a 100% onsite environment at Al Udeid AB, Qatar
- Have the ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start as required by the U.S. Government
- Meet eligibility requirements to secure and maintain necessary export control authorization in accordance with 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 and related U.S. Government regulations
- Satisfy all labor, immigration and security clearance formalities associated with an international, locally hired position in Qatar
