Job description

In this role you will design and develop the production lifecycle of full-stack AI applications at Scale, supporting end-to-end system reliability, real-time inference observability, sovereign data orchestration, high-security software integration, and the resilient cloud infrastructure required for international government partners. You will own the production outcome, taking full accountability for the long-term performance and reliability of AI use cases deployed across international government agencies. You are responsible for ensuring full-stack integrity, overseeing the end-to-end health of the platform to maintain a responsive and production-ready environment. Your responsibilities include scaling the feedback loop by building automated systems to monitor model performance and data drift across geographically dispersed environments. You will navigate global compliance, managing the technical lifecycle within diverse regulatory frameworks, and you are responsible for incident command, leading the response for production issues in mission-critical environments and building guardrails to prevent recurrence. You will bridge the gap between deep technical performance metrics and clear insights for senior international government officials, and you are responsible for driving product evolution by partnering with Engineering and ML teams to ensure lessons learned in the field influence future technical architecture and decisions. In this role you will be a founding member of the Global Public Sector team, contributing to creating custom AI applications, generating high-quality training data for national LLMs, and providing upskilling and advisory services.
