Job description
The Learning Manager, Quality at Noon is a senior instructional leadership role responsible for driving teaching excellence, curriculum fidelity, and teacher professional growth across assigned schools. The role leads the design, implementation, and ownership of Noonâs learning quality framework, encompassing observation protocols, coaching models, lesson standards, and assessment use. The incumbent conducts regular classroom observations, provides high-impact coaching to teachers and school leaders, develops professional development programs, and ensures learning standards and formative assessments are implemented with fidelity. This role works closely with curriculum, recruitment, and regional operations teams to analyze assessment and classroom data, identify achievement gaps, evaluate intervention impact, and prioritize actionable improvement plans. The position also supports teacher recruitment and induction, establishes and monitors quality KPIs, produces reports for regional leadership, and builds leadership capacity through coaching and shared best practices. All activities are aligned with safeguarding, inclusion, and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own the learning quality framework, including observation protocols, coaching models, lesson standards, and assessment use
- Conduct regular classroom observations and feedback cycles for teachers and school leaders, delivering high-impact coaching to improve teaching practice and student outcomes
- Develop and deliver professional development programs and learning resources aligned with Noon curriculum priorities
- Analyze assessment and classroom data to identify achievement gaps, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and prioritize improvement plans at teacher and school levels
- Collaborate with curriculum and assessment teams to ensure materials and formative assessments align with learning standards and are implemented consistently
- Support recruitment and induction of teaching staff, defining role-specific competencies, running demonstration lessons, and contributing to selection decisions
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs, produce regular reports for regional leadership, and support schools in implementing data-driven improvement cycles
- Build capability in school leaders through leadership coaching, toolkits, and best-practice playbooks to sustain continuous improvement
- Ensure all learning activities comply with safeguarding, inclusion, and health & safety standards
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of experience in a coaching, curriculum, or school leadership role
- Proven experience in learning quality, instructional coaching, or curriculum leadership within schools or education organizations
- Strong classroom experience with a track record of improving teaching practice and student outcomes
- Excellent communication and structured thinking skills with ability to influence leaders and teachers
- Experience working with assessment data and using metrics to inform classroom strategies and improvement plans
- Experience designing and delivering professional development programs and scalable teacher development systems
- Familiarity with safeguarding, inclusion, and local education regulations
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable
- Experience in international curriculum settings or fast-growth education organizations is advantageous
