Job description
Every adidas retail touchpoint across Emerging Markets needs a distinctive, inspiring and consistent brand experience, and this Senior Manager, Retail Design Architect role leads that creative and design direction end to end. Global retail concepts get translated into locally relevant, commercially effective design solutions as one of the Design Leads for Emerging Markets, protecting brand integrity across a diverse market portfolio. You will lead and inspire the EM Store Design team, building a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous innovation while keeping design standards consistently high across every project. Design discussions with Country Leads and key market stakeholders get led throughout, articulating design rationale and influencing decisions to secure timely approvals. The end-to-end design journey runs from briefing and concept development through approval, execution and store opening, with design intent and quality maintained at each stage. Cluster Store Development teams receive hands-on support during execution, with designs adapted to site conditions to deliver the strongest possible retail experience regionally. Creative direction extends to design agencies, architects, contractors and external partners, keeping quality and alignment with adidas standards consistent across every touchpoint. Close collaboration with Global Retail Design, Brand, Commercial, Real Estate and Store Development teams keeps the design process connected from concept through final delivery.
