Job description
Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Performance Management Consultant to join its CFO&EV Strategy & Consulting practice in Riyadh. The role involves supporting clients in developing finance organization strategies, optimizing FP&A, consolidation, and reporting processes, while leveraging AI, Gen AI, and advanced performance management technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience, technical expertise in financial processes and tools, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities
- Design processes and application components in EPM technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Analyze and suggest improvements to FP&A processes and map complex processes into logical components
- Assist with conversion and reconciliation of financial data for consolidations
- Design and implement improved management reports and tools for client insights
- Act as a team lead for junior resources and support project managers in delivering high-quality projects
- Provide recommendations based on FP&A leading practices
- Enhance and reinvent FP&A processes with AI and Gen AI
- Collaborate with clients to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s/MBA is a strong plus)
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm aligned to Financial Advisory
- Experience in FP&A processes including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes (General Accounting, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Preferred knowledge of Saudi Public Sector
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
- Experience in at least one full implementation of an FP&A solution
- Familiarity with fintech solutions such as OneStream, Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, or Fusion
- Flexibility to travel
