Job description
The Assistant Manager ā Facilities Management (Soft Services training) supports the Account Manager and Total Facilities Management team in Dubai by overseeing day-to-day Business Unit training operations for soft services, assisting in the development and implementation of training programs aligned to Business Unit requirements, and ensuring smooth, compliant delivery across in-person and virtual platforms. The role collaborates with the Business Unit to identify training needs and objectives, conducts or supports training sessions and workshops, and provides guidance to trainers and subject matter experts to ensure effective content delivery. It manages facility-related elements of training operations including facility management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation, and maintains a safe, clean, and organized learning environment in line with safety guidelines. The position develops and implements policies and procedures for training activities to meet organizational standards and regulations, evaluates training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and participant feedback, monitors impact on employee performance, and recommends continuous improvements. Responsibilities include researching industry best practices and innovative training techniques, assisting in designing and developing programs, materials, and resources that incorporate various instructional methods and technologies, and delivering administrative support to ensure smooth operational execution.

Experience & skills
- Graduate degree in Facility Management, Education, or a related field
- 5ā7 years of experience in a training department with exposure to facilities management or soft services training
- Transguard EPT Level 5 certification
- BICS Certified
- CIPD certification preferred
- Experience conducting quality assurance checks and addressing compliance issues in eLearning content and delivery
- Ability to assist in policy and procedure development for training requirements in line with organizational standards
- Demonstrated capability to deliver or support in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops
- Experience overseeing facility-related aspects of training operations including equipment maintenance and resource allocation
- Strong proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms
