Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is hiring a Growth Platform Engineer to join its Growth Engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and analytics, with a focus on building, integrating, and optimizing the MarTech stack to drive measurable growth outcomes. The Growth Platform Engineer will configure and maintain key tools (e.g., Tealium, Braze, Firebase, GTM, GA4, Adjust), implement event tracking and attribution models, build automated workflows, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. The role involves close collaboration with growth, lifecycle marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver personalized user experiences, scalable data flows, and insights that fuel marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and maintain MarTech tools including Tealium, Braze, Firebase, GTM, GA4, and Adjust.
- Ensure interoperability between platforms across web, app, CRM, and campaign execution layers.
- Integrate first-party data, ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance with governance policies.
- Build scalable data flows and maintain documentation of data lineage and transformations.
- Implement and QA tracking tags, pixels, and deeplink architectures for accurate funnel measurement.
- Define and manage multi-touch attribution models to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Build automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Braze, and APIs to streamline operations.
- Enable personalized, event-based communications with lifecycle marketing teams.
- Collaborate with analysts and PMs to build dashboards and models for decision-making.
- Establish QA processes to validate implementations and support GDPR/CCPA compliance.
- Analyze behavioral and funnel data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on MarTech innovations and adapt solutions to evolving business needs.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex MarTech stacks in digital-first companies.
- Proficiency with Tealium, Braze, Firebase, GTM, GA4, Adjust, and related tools.
- Deep understanding of marketing data architecture, event tracking, and identity resolution.
- Strong JavaScript, DOM, and debugging skills.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and data payload structures.
- Expertise in mobile tracking, deeplinking, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with warehouse-native CDPs, CRM enrichment, segmentation, CMPs, or ML-driven personalization.
