Accenture Strategy Principal Director role based in the UAE with location indicated as Abu Dhabi, operating within a strategy and consulting context focused on helping C-suite and Boards address rapid change by creating and delivering strategic outcomes that put people at the center of strategic initiatives, and advancing agendas spanning sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity (ID&E), purpose, and board effectiveness. The role leads and contributes to development of client strategies within the public or healthcare sector, offering insights and innovative solutions to complex business problems, while developing and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor engaging C-suite and high-level executives to understand strategic goals and challenges. It manages and mentors a team of consultants, overseeing end-to-end project delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. It identifies new business opportunities within the resources domain, contributes to proposal development, and supports growth and expansion of the practice. The role stays updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies within the public sector to provide thought leadership. Essential qualifications include a minimum of 13 years of consulting experience; experience including one or more of Chemicals & Natural Resources, Energy and Utilities; comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis; deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities; strong analytical skills and conceptual and creative problem solving; being digitally savvy with understanding of technology impact; and Arabic speaker fluent in English. Preferable qualifications include MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field; experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Experience & skills
- Bring a minimum of 13 years of consulting experience
- Bring experience in one or more of Chemicals & Natural Resources, Energy and Utilities
- Demonstrate a high degree of comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis
- Demonstrate deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities in one or more industries
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex issues, quickly absorb information, and excel in conceptual and creative problem solving
- Be digitally savvy with curiosity and passion for technology and understanding of its impact on business and society
- Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain trust-based client relationships and engage C-suite and high-level executives
- Be an Arabic speaker fluent in English
