Job description

The Manager, Hyperscale Data Center Implementation (du) leads the end-to-end implementation of large-scale hyperscale data center projects from mobilization through handover, coordinating design consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role manages implementation roadmaps across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, ICT, and BMS systems; interfaces with hyperscale clients (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google) to capture requirements, validate milestones, and ensure delivery satisfaction; oversees procurement and delivery tracking of long-lead items including generators, chillers, UPS, and switchgear; aligns site execution and phasing plans to global standards for modular, scalable deployment; monitors implementation KPIs (schedule, cost, risk), provides leadership updates, and escalates critical blockers; drives readiness for integrated system testing (IST), client inspections, and commissioning milestones; ensures safety, quality, and regulatory adherence across all site activities; and supports the Director, Engineering by aligning implementation planning with commercial, design, and operations functions. The position requires familiarity with liquid cooling technologies, modular deployments, and sustainable infrastructure practices, alongside strong skills in hyperscale delivery, project management, MEP systems, client coordination, vendor management, risk management, and commissioning.
