Splunk is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Account Executive) for Saudi Arabia, focusing on strategic accounts. Key responsibilities
- Consistently deliver license sales, support, and service revenue targets.
- Focus on penetration in Kuwait and Bahrain, conducting account planning and opportunity management.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises through value and ROI selling.
- Collaborate with partners and alliances to maximize effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales engineering, in-house Splunk teams, and partner services resources.
- Utilize Splunk sales methodology and processes effectively.
- Expand deal size and value by working with both international and domestic colleagues.
- Provide timely and insightful input back to product management and marketing teams.
Experience & skills
- Extensive enterprise software selling knowledge and experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to grow and scale upwards with the company.
- Strong charismatic executive presence and professional presentation.
- Ability to make accurate forecasting commitments.
- Outstanding management, social, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience working independently and remotely in a dynamic work environment.
- Relevant software industry experience: IT systems, enterprise/infrastructure management, application development/management, security, and/or analytics.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Proven track record of success with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
