Job description
Hill International delivers project management services on major national and international developments, and this Riyadh Province position sits at the centre of how those projects are planned and kept on time. Using project management software, you will develop and maintain project schedules, track progress and flag delays before they turn into bigger problems. Where risks appear, mitigation plans are worked out with project managers and other stakeholders, and schedule change requests are documented and communicated properly. Construction and engineering teams rely on this role to shape schedules that line up with overall project goals. Regular status updates go to project teams and management, backed by analysis of project data that shows where performance is trending. Budgets and resource plans also come into scope, as you support project managers in putting them together. Senior management and government authorities are part of the audience, so presenting schedule plans clearly and negotiating timelines with multiple stakeholders carries real weight. Fluent Arabic and English are needed, along with at least 15 years on major initiatives and developments.
