Job description
Our Energy & Environment (E&E) Practice Area helps clients grow their businesses in Power & Energy, Environment & Water, Homes & Buildings, and Oil & Gas. As a Consultant, you will manage modules of work or small teams to solve client challenges in the energy transition and sustainability space. Youâll lead research, build strategic models, prepare reports, and contribute to client deliverables while supporting proposal creation and thought leadership. You will also work closely with global experts and engage in regional travel to support high-impact engagements and customer success.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage a module of work or lead a small project team (1-2 members)
- Guide client teams and structure analyses to address key client challenges
- Conduct market intelligence using secondary research and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze data to derive critical business insights
- Develop Excel-based models such as market sizing, demand estimation, and forecasting
- Prepare detailed industry and competition profiles
- Draft module reports and support in creating client-ready deliverables
- Ensure consistent and error-free project delivery
- Support proposal development leveraging sector or technology knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute thought leadership
- Manage internal and client stakeholders to meet project timelines and expectations
- Work with a global expert team to enhance customer experience
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm or strategic role in relevant sectors
- Postgraduate qualification: MBA or relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical)
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is a MUST
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
- Strategic thinker aligned with broader business goals
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with disruptive trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
