Panda Retail Company is expanding its store footprint across Saudi Arabia, and this Site Acquisition Senior Specialist role based in Jeddah drives the identification, evaluation, negotiation and acquisition of new sites to support that growth. Field visits form the backbone of the job, scouting potential store locations across targeted regions and building a pipeline from those visits, broker networks and market intelligence. You'll document each site through high-quality photos and videos that capture the location, environment and accessibility, then turn that into preliminary site and contact reports for the Acquisition Managers to evaluate commercially. Broker relationships and new developer and landlord contacts also fall under this role, expanding the sourcing channels available to the wider acquisition team. Commercial viability sits behind every recommendation, so site and contact reports need to hold up to further scrutiny before a location moves forward. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required, along with strong knowledge of real estate and commercial leasing. Two to four years of experience in Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Leasing or Property Development is expected, with retail site acquisition and location assessment experience preferred. Site negotiations, feasibility studies, due diligence and landlord management round out the background this role calls for, backed by strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
