Job description
Noon Academy is building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia with a mission to radically change how students learn through technology, data, and world-class teaching. The Senior Data Analyst role is a hands-on analytics position operating at the intersection of data, business, and learning outcomes, supporting teams across Learning, Operations, Product, and B2C initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, actionability, and interpretability while enabling data-driven decision-making that directly impacts student learning gains and business performance. The Senior Data Analyst will proactively define and measure KPIs related to student learning, session activities, and program performance, build and maintain dashboards as a single source of truth, and deliver ad-hoc and exploratory analysis to uncover drivers of learning effectiveness. The position includes identifying opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, automate reporting, and generate insights, while favoring scalable, maintainable analytical solutions. The role operates within a distributed analytics team of 5+ analysts collaborating virtually across multiple countries, coaching and enabling junior and mid-level analysts. The position is hybrid-flexible or fully remote depending on location, with no relocation required, supporting Noon Academy’s education technology platform serving millions of students across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan.
