Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist with expertise in AI to join our consulting team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading and designing AI-driven projects, managing AI products like SiaGPT and HEKA.AI, and working closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. The candidate will also contribute to pre-sales activities, business development, and provide thought leadership in the AI space. Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, machine learning frameworks, and data visualization tools is essential. Arabic and English proficiency is required.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead data science and AI projects aligned with client objectives
- Oversee deployment of AI solutions including SiaGPT and HEKA.AI across the Middle East
- Provide AI & Data Science thought leadership and contribute to strategy
- Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfill business and data requirements
- Develop advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Utilize cloud hosting platforms like AWS and Azure to deploy AI solutions
- Support pre-sales efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations
- Integrate and analyze multi-source data sets for modeling and analysis
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for data insights
- Effectively communicate AI insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience & skills
- 5ā10 years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields
- Masterās degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science or Computer Science
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques including NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics
- Experience managing AI products including Generative AI solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
- Experience contributing to pre-sales and business development
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Arabic
