Job description
This EMEA role within Uber’s G-SPI (Global Support for Platform Integrity) Identity team focuses on document operations to ensure earners’ identity is verified against legal policies before they start earning on the platform, keeping Uber’s document processing compliant with country-specific rules and regulations across EMEA and aligned with licensing requirements. The role partners closely with regional compliance and safety operations to track regulatory changes, works cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Operations, and Vendor Operations to identify and deploy automations, and owns communications on business health to regional stakeholders and leadership. The position requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage and influence multiple cross-functional teams, independently drive large-scale projects across multiple geographies, and communicate effectively with EMEA Ops and CommOps leadership; advanced data analytics skills including SQL and prior experience working with Product and Engineering in a matrix organization are preferred.
