The Assistant Outlet Manager (Food and Beverage Operations) at Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Riyadh, part of the Accor hospitality network, supports the management and daily operations of a hotel food and beverage outlet within a global hospitality group that includes more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. The role assists the Outlet Manager in supervising food and beverage operations to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence. Responsibilities include assisting in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations team while coordinating daily operational activities such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to ensure efficient and profitable operations. The position ensures high standards of food quality, food presentation, and service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality. The role addresses guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Operational responsibilities include conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, address operational issues, and motivate team members to meet service and performance expectations. The Assistant Outlet Manager collaborates with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement strategies designed to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations governing food and beverage service environments. The role also supports financial management activities including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting related to outlet performance. Additionally, the position actively participates in menu planning and menu pricing strategies to support revenue optimization and customer experience within the food and beverage outlet. The role operates within Accor’s hospitality culture focused on responsible hospitality, service excellence, and operational standards in hotel food and beverage environments.

- Ensure high standards of food quality, food presentation, and service delivery across all food and beverage offerings.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction within the outlet.

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate operational knowledge of food and beverage operations within a hospitality or hotel outlet environment.
- Apply experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control within restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations.
- Maintain understanding of food quality standards, food presentation standards, and service delivery in hospitality food and beverage environments.
