Job description
Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of DHCM's entire IT infrastructure. Ensures reliability, security, scalability, and performance across network, server, storage, and cloud environments. Leads a team of specialists, manages vendor relations, and drives digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Plan, design, and architect scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee daily operations and monitoring of network, servers, storage, cloud, and data center environments.
- Implement robust IT security measures and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT infrastructure team members.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead infrastructure-related projects to completion.
- Develop and manage IT infrastructure budget with cost optimization.
- Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with DHCM’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive IT infrastructure management experience.
- 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with networking, servers, virtualization, and storage solutions.
- Proven experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, ITIL are desirable.
- Strong leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or community management is a plus.
