Job description
Emirates NBD's merger with RBL means two sets of products, processes, platforms and support functions now need to become one, and this Integration Manager helps make that happen. The work sits within the Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) integration unit, based at Meydan in Dubai. Target Operating Model design comes first, built on current-state and target-state assessments and gap analysis across business and support functions. From there, the job moves into execution, consolidating Operations, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Finance, HR, Procurement and Compliance and migrating work to centralized platforms and shared services. Product work runs alongside, mapping RBL's product approval processes, reviewing pricing against competitors and recommending where overlapping retail products can be rationalized. Revenue, cost and operational synergies are tracked against approved business cases. Governance holds it together, with Steering Committees, RAID logs, executive dashboards, decision papers and portfolio MIS for leadership. Business continuity and service stability need watching throughout. Expect to bring 8 or more years of experience, including 3 in banking or financial services and at least 1 leading large transformation or integration programmes, along with PMP or PRINCE2, Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
