Operational efficiency across Aramex doesn't improve on its own, and this Process Excellence Manager role exists to drive that improvement deliberately, through process analysis, best practice implementation, and a genuine culture of excellence. You lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of business processes aimed at optimizing performance across the organization. Cost optimization projects get driven forward according to local country management's agenda, kept in alignment with Global PEX's strategic direction throughout. Cross functional stakeholders get influenced and engaged to execute projects within their own areas, including Kaizens and A3 projects that need buy-in beyond the process excellence team itself. Quality audits happen regularly, identifying improvement opportunities and checking adherence to rigorous quality standards across operations. Root cause analysis and investigation into process challenges raised by local country management take up a good portion of the work too, especially when daily operations are directly affected. Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies get implemented across departments, backed by coaching, mentoring, and training that spreads process excellence principles further. KPIs track the effectiveness of process changes over time, with outcomes reported back and documentation maintained for processes, standards, and best practices along the way.
