Job description
Sobha Realty is seeking a motivated and strategic senior executive to join its Channel/Trade Marketing team. This role supports the Channel Marketing Manager in developing and executing impactful initiatives for channel partners, aiming to strengthen relationships, enhance partner engagement, and solidify Sobha’s position as Dubai’s leading real estate brand. The role involves delivering marketing and sales support, managing digital campaigns, executing partner incentive programs, promoting brand awareness, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in brokerage and loyalty programs, digital marketing, and event management, with strong strategic and execution capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to ensure they receive the necessary tools, resources, and support to drive sales
- Assist in creating and executing strategies that enhance channel partner and customer engagement
- Leverage brokerage and loyalty program experience to develop tailored partner engagement strategies
- Provide end-to-end marketing support to channel partners, including product training, creative assets, and brand guidelines
- Oversee timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with brand standards
- Manage distribution of collateral, presentations, and sales support tools
- Develop crowd-pulling strategies for events like open houses and roadshows
- Contribute to digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, and email marketing for channel partners
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online content with brand goals and partner needs
- Track and analyse digital campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Assist in creation and implementation of marketing strategies to drive partner success
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to assess marketing initiatives
- Support campaigns that enhance brand visibility across traditional and digital channels
- Help manage and optimize brand presence through targeted marketing efforts
- Ensure consistent brand messaging to internal teams and external partners
- Create a brand guideline bible for channel partners
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, assets, and budgets
- Provide updates on campaign performance, partner feedback, and marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless marketing execution
Experience & skills
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in brokerage and loyalty, ideally within real estate or related industry
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Experience in managing loyalty programs and customer retention strategies
- Experience in hosting VIP events for small and large groups
- Strong understanding of channel marketing and partner relationship management
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
