P&G is hiring an HR Manager (UAE Nationals Preferred) to join its Dubai-based team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to partner with leaders across business units, building a culture of trust, engagement, and innovation. The HR Manager will engage in various processes including recruiting, training, benefits administration, and strategic people development. You'll align HR strategies with business needs, provide insights, coach leaders, and implement solutions via HR shared services to foster peak organizational performance.

- Align HR efforts with specific business needs including org design, team effectiveness, and workforce trends

Experience & skills
