The Coordination Manager in Riyadh is responsible for overseeing communication, workflows, and collaboration across road and infrastructure projects. Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in coordination roles within road and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and project workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail capabilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex project environments
