Job description
Bottlenecks, idle equipment and uneven workloads quietly cap what a mining operation can produce, and this Riyadh position exists to find and fix them as part of Maaden's TechOps Full Potential program. Line balancing, capacity planning and resource utilisation models are the main tools, used to raise throughput and get more from both people and assets. Performance dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools are built and maintained so improvements can be measured and value realisation tracked. Advanced analytics point to performance gaps, and fact-based improvement initiatives follow. Each initiative is delivered within agreed scope and timelines, with risks and dependencies managed along the way. Operations, maintenance, engineering, digital and support functions are all partners in the work. Standard methodologies and best practices are embedded across operations, and knowledge sharing and training help them stick. Safety, governance, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements apply to everything delivered. Five to eight years in industrial, mining or technology settings, with Lean and Six Sigma experience and an engineering or operations degree, is required.
