Job description
HungerStation is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Riyadh HQ, responsible for creating simple and elegant solutions to complex interaction problems, applying HungerStation design standards, and working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams. The role involves end-to-end product design from research to prototyping, evolving design systems, and ensuring scalability and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct generative research to understand the problem space and synthesize insights
- Apply HungerStation standards across product areas
- Design simple, elegant, and scalable solutions for complex problems
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define focus areas and measure improvements
- Gather continuous user feedback throughout the design process
- Utilize and evolve the design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, and visuals
- Foster collaboration within the design chapter and with other departments
- Present work to peers, stakeholders, and leadership for review and feedback
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in agile/scrum environments or KSA-based startups
- Proven experience designing and shipping scalable web and mobile products
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with JIRA and Notion preferred
- Experience in building design systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences & Arts, Computer Science, or related field preferred
