Job description
The Sales Team Leader at Foodics, based in Dubai, is responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team in the UAE market. This role entails strategic oversight of enterprise and B2B sales activities, ensuring the team consistently achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. The position involves developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, building long-term client relationships, leveraging an existing network to acquire enterprise-level customers, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and product developments. The Sales Team Leader prepares accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance insights for management, while holding the team accountable to performance standards. The role requires recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and continuously developing sales representatives, implementing improvement plans, and maintaining a competitive and innovative approach in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, fostering a culture of performance, growth, and customer focus.

- Achieve revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective leadership and oversight of the sales team.
- Lead the team in delivering on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that identify new opportunities, target markets, and growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Utilize existing professional networks to support the sales team in acquiring enterprise-level customers and expanding market presence.

Experience & skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in F&B, Foodtech, or B2B sales environments.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales leadership within the UAE market.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills to motivate and develop the sales team.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical, forecasting, and market assessment abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, maintaining focus on results and customer outcomes.
