Job description
The Senior Manager ā HRBP is responsible for overseeing all aspects of people operations and employee relations for the organization, ensuring compliance with UAE workplace regulations and internal policies. The role spans the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction to rewards, leave, grievances, and offboarding. This position requires expertise in grievance and conduct management, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance, alongside the ability to foster positive employee engagement and retention. Based in Dubai Studio City, the role will drive strategic HR initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and ensure efficient execution of HR operations in line with company values.

Key responsibilities
- Lead implementation and management of all employee lifecycle activities from induction to offboarding.
- Ensure adherence to workplace regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Analyze inefficiencies in people processes and design streamlined solutions.
- Interpret and apply labour laws to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Report on HR metrics related to employee relations, compliance, and operations.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary cases fairly and consistently.
- Develop proactive strategies for conduct management to promote accountability.
- Oversee execution of induction and onboarding programs.
- Manage leave approvals, absenteeism issues, and benefits escalations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee relations and engagement.
- Implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover.
- Oversee outsourced staff compliance and performance.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform retention strategies.
- Ensure employee data accuracy in HR systems.
- Coordinate with HR Group Services for escalated HR matters.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterās preferred).
- SHRM, HRCI, and CIPD certifications preferred.
- 6ā8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3ā5 years in HRBP or senior HR roles.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and workplace regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR operations including induction, onboarding, and rewards management.
- Proven expertise in grievance management, conflict resolution, and mediation.
- Experience managing sensitive employee conduct issues.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build rapport across all organizational levels.
