Job description
The Manager, Investment Analysis at ROSHN, a PIF-backed national real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is a position designed to support the planning and execution of design-related and creative development projects within the companyâs investment and project portfolio. Although titled for investment analysis, the role emphasizes exposure to design project management and operational execution processes, providing hands-on experience in managing timelines, budgets, and resources. The position requires coordination across multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. The Manager assists in maintaining organized documentation, tracking project progress, managing scope and risks, and supporting key meetings with comprehensive reporting and follow-up. The role provides an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of design methodologies, materials, and project management tools within the context of large-scale real estate projects aligned with Saudi Arabiaâs Vision 2030. The candidate will develop practical skills in coordinating creative projects, maintaining databases, managing deliverables, and staying abreast of emerging trends in design and innovation. - Support the planning and coordination of design and creative projects from concept to completion.
- Assist in organizing project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Help manage project requirements, scope, risks, and change management processes.
- Prepare and update project documentation including meeting notes, action items, and approval logs.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings to observe and apply project management best practices.
- Maintain and update project databases, ensuring all records are organized and current.
- Develop proficiency with design tools, materials, production workflows, and project management systems.
- Monitor and research emerging trends, innovations, and techniques in design project management.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated interest in design, creativity, and managing creative or design-related projects.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of documentation processes and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and scope management methodologies.
- Knowledge of design tools, production workflows, and project management software preferred.
- Ability to maintain comprehensive records, databases, and project tracking systems.
