Job description
The Analyst, Planning & Performance at ADNOC Offshore supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of performance processes across the Shared Services Business Unit. This role ensures the timely submission of quality data, coordinates with ADNOC Group entities, and drives strategy realization by embedding KPIs and tracking project milestones. The role also involves the development of performance reports, execution of planning activities, and the facilitation of strategic reviews to ensure alignment with ADNOCās objectives. Additionally, the role includes supervision of team activities, budgetary oversight, and compliance with HSE, legal, and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the Shared Services Business Unit's performance targets and KPIs and ensure timely approval and communication
- Enhance Corporate Performance Management System for efficient reporting and informed decision-making
- Develop monitoring tools and generate periodic planning and performance reports
- Support Shared Services Business Unit functions in achieving KPIs aligned with ADNOC's strategy
- Conduct performance reviews, monitoring Level 1 & 2 KPIs and reporting on execution
- Conduct awareness sessions on planning targets and objectives across the business unit
- Execute business planning objectives and ensure stakeholder accountability
- Monitor performance objective delivery and manage tracking of project milestones
- Report monthly performance metrics to senior leadership
- Ensure strategic project milestone achievements aligned with Corporate Strategy
- Plan, supervise, and develop staff in the assigned functional area
- Provide input and assist in departmental budget planning and variance analysis
- Implement and ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Contribute to departmental performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HSE and sustainability standards and provide regular reporting
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration discipline
- 5 ā 6 years of experience with 3 years in Oil/Gas industry
- Experience in Human Capital Planning, Strategy & Corporate Performance
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in KPI design and monitoring
- Strong analytical and performance reporting skills
