Job description
The role is responsible for leading Destination Operations Planning within Red Sea Global’s Mobility division, overseeing complex, multi-modular business projects and supporting the Mobility business in defining, acquiring, and setting up systems required to operate effectively while ensuring accurate, efficient reporting derived from operational data. The mandate includes driving end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and closure across departments such as Technology, Procurement and Finance, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Responsibilities include coordinating business requirements development, translating needs into actionable implementation plans, ensuring cohesive collaboration across business, technology, procurement and finance workstreams, and supporting system selection, configuration and operational setup to create a robust operational platform. The role requires strong understanding of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and procurement systems, along with business analysis, technology coordination, procurement lifecycle oversight such as vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiation. It involves aligning data and accounting requirements by ensuring accurate data flows, cost tracking, compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and financial audit standards, and ensuring reconciliation and integrity across systems. Duties include preparing performance and financial reporting for senior management, performing risk and issue management with mitigation and contingency planning, documenting decisions, and maintaining communication with sponsors and leadership on project status, KPIs, financial performance and strategic alignment. Responsibilities also include adherence to policies, processes, SOPs, financial controls, periodic reviews of system output accuracy, and compliance testing. The role supports continuous improvement in systems, processes, best practices, cost reduction and productivity, and provides mentoring to colleagues while fostering collaborative culture across Mobility and related business units. Additional responsibilities include engaging stakeholders across procurement, HR, operations and other departments, ensuring financial alignment with organizational objectives, and communicating key KPIs and financial results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multi-modular projects across departments and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and scope aligned with strategic business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams including business, technology, procurement and finance workstreams
- Coordinate development of business requirements and processes to support selection, implementation and setup of business systems
- Gather, document and prioritize business needs across modules
- Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans
- Identify business challenges and propose solutions
- Prepare and collate accurate business performance reporting for senior management
- Work with technical leads and solution architects on systems design, development, integration and testing
- Ensure technical deliverables align with business needs and compliance standards
- Oversee procurement lifecycle including vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services within budget
- Align project activities with accounting and finance teams for data flows, cost tracking and financial reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and financial audit standards
- Drive accuracy, reconciliation and integrity of data across systems and modules
- Identify risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Document and communicate risks, decisions and resolutions across stakeholders
- Maintain communication with sponsors and leadership on project status, KPIs, financials and alignment
- Follow functional policies, SOPs and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent delivery
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures and controls
- Conduct periodic reviews and testing of reporting and financial controls for accuracy
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering or related field
- Possess a minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in complex cross-functional business environments
- Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM and procurement systems
- Show proven experience in business analysis, technology coordination, procurement processes and financial/data alignment
- Hold project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Show proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana
- Exhibit proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Excel, SAP and Power BI
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen including project costing, budgeting and reporting
- Show experience managing modular or phased business transformation projects
- Work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
- Demonstrate ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity across functions
- Show advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities
- Demonstrate ability to analyze, interpret and scrutinize financial information
