Job description
The Senior Relationship Manager β Mashreq Gold Retail Banking role is a full-time, on-site position based at Dubai Internet City, responsible for managing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) Mashreq Gold clients. The role focuses on delivering personalized banking services to develop long-term client relationships, maximize profitable contribution for both the client and the bank, and ensure client loyalty, retention, and respect. The position drives Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales and revenues through cross-selling and upselling a broad range of retail banking and wealth management products. The role includes sourcing new HNW business through referrals, marketing activities, and personal networks, ensuring clients are fully aware of all financial services offered by the bank. The Senior Relationship Manager is accountable for achieving annual and monthly financial targets, optimizing portfolio value, acquiring new-to-bank HNW clients, minimizing customer attrition, enhancing market profile, and safeguarding the bank against AML risks, fraud, and potential losses while maintaining ethical standards throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Provide personalized relationship management and advisory services to a portfolio of High Net Worth Mashreq Gold clients
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales, revenues, and profitability through cross-selling and upselling of retail banking and wealth management products
- Source new-to-bank High Net Worth clients through referrals, marketing initiatives, and personal contacts
- Communicate with HNW clients to identify financial needs and promote relevant banking and financial services
- Achieve assigned revenue, sales, portfolio growth, and profitability targets across products and services
- Optimize the potential value of the client base by delivering Mashreq Gold products and services
- Maintain a superior customer service experience through proactive servicing and issue pre-emption
- Safeguard the bank from potential losses by ensuring compliance with AML, fraud prevention, and ethical conduct standards
- Enhance Mashreqβs market profile and brand awareness while minimizing customer attrition
Experience & skills
- Hold a university degree
- Possess a minimum of 5β6 years of experience in a similar relationship management role within a bank or financial services organization in the UAE
- Demonstrate strong selling capability and financial markets knowledge
- Hold CISI certification Level 3
- Exhibit strong relationship management and networking skills within High Net Worth client segments
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation capabilities aligned with retail banking standards
