Job description
The Full Funnel Media Director at Sephora will be responsible for leading the media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across the Middle East. This role ensures Sephora owns the share of voice regionally by driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and performance through digital, offline, and performance marketing channels. The position oversees end-to-end media planning, manages budgets, evaluates campaign performance, ensures alignment with marketing and animation calendars, and leads agency performance management. The director will collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns across all customer touchpoints while ensuring innovation and efficiency in media investments.

- Define the best full funnel media strategy for the Middle East to secure Sephora’s share of voice.
- Develop media and performance strategies for key calendar periods and product launches.
- Influence creative assets and concepts for impactful visibility and desirability across the funnel.
- Drive media innovation and secure high-value OOH placements aligned with marketing calendar.
- Work closely with agencies to build, monitor, and track campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Manage media and campaign calendar to prevent cannibalization and ensure spend efficiency.
- Report on KPIs, consolidate campaign results, and provide insights for future improvements.
- Understand target audiences and optimize media efforts to effectively reach them.
- Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to align with campaign objectives.
- Ensure 360° coherence across customer touchpoints by collaborating with marketing leads.
- Align media planning and spend with cross-functional teams across e-commerce and retail.
- Manage media agency contracts and assess performance bi-annually.
- Conduct strategic meetings and reviews with agencies and LVMH Media as required.
Experience & skills
- 6+ years of experience in a managerial media/communications role.
- Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and analytics.
- Proven track record of developing and executing media campaigns.
- Experience with digital, performance, and offline media strategies.
- Strong skills in KPI tracking, reporting, and post campaign analysis.
- Proficiency in managing large budgets and optimizing spend efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and assess their performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
