Job description
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Ezdan Holding will be responsible for creating a strong digital presence for the company’s hospitality portfolio in Doha and across Qatar. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s brand image online, increasing engagement with target audiences, and driving measurable results through creative, data-driven marketing campaigns. The specialist will act as a bridge between the marketing strategy and its execution on social platforms, ensuring that all content aligns with Ezdan Holding’s core values, messaging, and visual identity. By leveraging innovative tools, analytics, and creative storytelling, the specialist will elevate the company’s reputation in the competitive hospitality market while continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates for the company’s hospitality portfolio
- Create, curate, and publish compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with the brand’s voice and appeal to diverse target audiences
- Develop a content calendar with strategically planned campaigns for promotional offers, events, and brand storytelling, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging across all platforms
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, performance tracking, and budget management to maximize ROI
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, website traffic, conversions, and social ROI, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, PR, operations, and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to ensure innovative, cutting-edge campaigns
- Build and manage online communities, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive brand perception
- Conduct competitive research to benchmark social media performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead in the hospitality sector
- Develop and execute influencer and partnership strategies to expand brand reach and enhance credibility
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports to showcase campaign results to senior management
- Continuously evaluate and improve social media processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency, creativity, and effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communications, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sectors
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and best practices for each, including algorithm understanding and audience targeting
- Demonstrated ability to manage paid social media campaigns with measurable results, including ad creation, targeting, budget management, and performance optimization
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar platforms
- Analytical skills to interpret data from social media metrics and web analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to craft visually appealing and engaging content
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under tight deadlines
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong understanding of branding, brand storytelling, and brand positioning principles
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts and their application to social media campaigns
