Job description
Logicom Distribution is seeking a Sales Manager, Volume Business to lead its client and volume portfolio across the UAE, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic vendor and partner relationships, ensuring compliance, managing account receivables and inventory, and overseeing marketing and operational execution. The successful candidate will be a seasoned ICT industry leader with deep experience in regional distribution markets, financial acumen, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the P&L for the Clients & Volume business in UAE and Gulf region
- Oversee the execution of corporate business strategies and objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic channel partners
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance for internal and external stakeholders
- Expand channel coverage through direct engagement and regional strategies
- Monitor and maintain healthy DSO and WoS for accounts and inventory
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales and operations teams
- Implement and manage sales disciplines including forecasting and funnel reviews
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and up-selling strategies with internal units
- Supervise and align regional marketing initiatives with vendor strategies
- Track and manage competition landscape to guide strategic decisions
- Drive effective use of CRM, e-commerce, and internal business tools
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT industry, including 5 years in sales leadership
- Deep exposure to UAE and Gulf markets with ICT distribution experience
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, or Technology (Masterās preferred)
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country channel ecosystems
- Understanding of finance, logistics, sales operations, and HR principles
- Strong experience in building and executing business plans and managing complex P&L
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong command of English in both written and spoken forms
- Experience with compliance, governance, and cross-border commercial dynamics
