Data centers, networks, firewalls and connectivity across Aldar and its subsidiaries all run through this Vice President - Infrastructure Managed Services role, the physical and network technology foundation every platform, application and workplace service depends on. You own infrastructure operations across the Group, delivered primarily through outsourced IT Managed Services with on-site presence across Group locations. High availability, performance and capacity of the infrastructure estate stay under clear operational accountability, with infrastructure change and maintenance run with discipline to protect dependent services. Outsourced IT Managed Services for infrastructure get directed with defined scope, service levels and performance management, and infrastructure services contracts and vendor relationships are managed for commercial discipline and resilience. Redundancy, failover and disaster recovery execution get implemented at the infrastructure level, and security controls on network and infrastructure are executed in partnership with Information Security, covering secure configuration, segmentation and patching. Infrastructure lifecycle, technical debt and obsolescence are managed proactively, driving modernization toward automation, software-defined infrastructure and cloud alignment with the Cloud & DevOps team. Group infrastructure standards get enforced across subsidiaries, reducing local variants, and coordination with Cloud & DevOps, Data Platforms and Information Security keeps boundaries between cloud, platform and physical infrastructure clear. The infrastructure team, including architecture and network capabilities, gets built and led alongside outsourced partners.
