Job description

Stormwater and drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks, water distribution networks, pumping stations, and recycling plants make up the project scope this QAQC Civil Engineer supports out of Ras Al Khaimah. You develop and implement quality control plans and procedures, keeping quality standards consistent across investigation, planning, design, tendering, contract administration, and construction supervision phases. Project teams work alongside this role to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Root cause analysis gets conducted whenever issues arise, with corrective actions implemented to resolve them. Quality performance metrics get monitored and reported regularly to management. Industry standards and regulations stay under close watch, keeping compliance current across every project. Quality inspections and ISO audits get led across all projects, and contractor QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements pass through this role for review and approval. Existing infrastructure networks across the Emirate of Dubai need to be well understood, given the scope of work involved. Prior experience working with supervision consultants is a firm requirement for this position.
