Job description
The Project Director – 400 m+ High-Rise Tower is responsible for end-to-end leadership of a landmark supertall tower development exceeding 400 meters in height within the UAE. The role entails full ownership from early-stage design coordination through construction, commissioning, and final handover under a fully integrated delivery model. The position requires proven experience delivering at least one supertall tower of 400 meters or more, or 100 floors and above, across all project phases. The Project Director establishes overall execution strategy, project controls, governance frameworks, and performance KPIs while leading multidisciplinary coordination between design, construction, and operational stakeholders. The role demands direct oversight of project schedule, budget control, value engineering initiatives, and cost certainty through integrated procurement and delivery systems. Technical accountability includes directing constructability reviews, tower core and outrigger sequencing, slip and jump formwork systems, façade integration, vertical transport strategies, and coordination of mega-structural systems. The position integrates in-house manufacturing, façade, MEP, and finishing divisions to optimize cost, logistics, and quality outcomes. Regulatory responsibilities include engagement with UAE authorities, utilities, and master developers to secure NOCs, permits, and design compliance. The role enforces dynamic risk management, strict HSE standards for high-altitude operations, crane logistics, and workforce safety, alongside integrated QA/QC protocols across all verticals. The Project Director builds and mentors cross-functional, multi-cultural teams, aligning internal divisions and external consultants toward a unified delivery vision, while applying strong commercial acumen to optimize cost and schedule within a vertically integrated organization without reliance on claims or litigation.
