Job description
Lean Technologies is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead its marketing initiatives across the KSA and MENA region. This role is pivotal in building the companyâs brand presence in the open banking ecosystem, educating stakeholders on industry opportunities, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess fintech marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments, with deep regional knowledge of KSA and the broader Middle East market. Youâll lead a team, drive campaign strategy, manage media relationships, and be a critical partner across departments.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Lean Technologies as the leading open banking player in the region.
- Lead the marketing team and collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to align go-to-market strategy with business goals.
- Create compelling narratives about open banking and Leanâs products for fintechs, financial institutions, and regulators.
- Design and launch campaigns targeting API adoption by developers and financial stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to elevate Leanâs visibility.
- Oversee Arabic and English content strategy including white papers, case studies, and technical documents.
- Plan and lead Leanâs presence at fintech events and financial services conferences across the region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to shape marketing direction.
- Define marketing KPIs and implement reporting frameworks that demonstrate ROI.
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources across channels for optimal impact.
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior marketing roles in fintech.
- Proven ability to create B2B marketing strategies for the KSA and MENA regions.
- Experience marketing API-based or developer-facing platforms.
- Deep understanding of open banking and financial services ecosystems.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic and data-driven with a proven ability to implement measurable marketing frameworks.
- Leadership experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Bachelorâs degree required; MBA or Masterâs in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong network within the KSA fintech sector.
