The Manager – Sales at Al Ghurair Mobility (Al Ghurair Investment Group) is responsible for executing branch-level sales strategy in the automotive sector within the United Arab Emirates to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new and pre-owned vehicle sales. The role involves managing branch financial performance including budget preparation, operating expense control, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement while driving add-on product sales to increase revenue. The position oversees showroom operations ensuring compliance with OEM standards for vehicle display and inventory management while implementing HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) mandates and operational risk controls. The Sales Manager leads recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing sales and support staff and supports structured training and development initiatives aligned with company sales methodologies. The role is responsible for customer relationship management strategies focused on driving acquisition, retention, loyalty, and consistent customer experience across sales and aftersales touchpoints. Responsibilities include monitoring daily sales performance, tracking key metrics such as discounts, trade-in values, cash flow, accounts receivable, and sales opportunities to optimize margins and revenue. The role requires close collaboration with aftersales teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the full service journey. It also includes managing customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service standards. The position enforces compliance with company policies through regular audits and risk mitigation measures while protecting branch assets, inventory, and data through strict security protocols. The Manager ensures accurate sales forecasting, inventory control, and financial reporting while maintaining optimal vehicle availability without overstocking. The role also drives employee engagement, training, and succession planning while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence standards across automotive retail operations.

- Execute branch sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new and pre-owned vehicle sales in the automotive retail segment
- Prepare and manage branch budgets including operating expenses, cost control, and profitability optimization while driving revenue growth through add-on products
- Oversee showroom operations ensuring compliance with OEM standards, inventory display requirements, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) mandates
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales and support staff while implementing structured training and development programs aligned with sales methodologies
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty, and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Monitor daily sales performance and key financial metrics including discounts, trade-in values, cash flow, accounts receivable, and sales margins
- Coordinate with aftersales teams to ensure seamless operational synergy and improved customer experience across the full vehicle ownership journey
- Manage customer complaints and escalations ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to sales process standards and service quality expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies through regular audits, risk mitigation measures, asset protection, inventory control, and operational security enforcement
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, inventory reports, and financial performance reports to support branch decision-making and operational planning
Experience & skills
- Obtain experience in automotive sales or retail branch management with responsibility for sales performance, team leadership, and financial management
- Demonstrate ability to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets across new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations
- Exhibit strong experience in budget preparation, cost control, profitability management, and financial performance tracking
- Possess experience in showroom operations, inventory management, and OEM compliance standards within automotive retail environments
- Demonstrate leadership capability in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams including succession planning and performance management
- Show experience in customer relationship management including acquisition, retention, loyalty programs, and complaint resolution
- Demonstrate ability to analyze sales metrics including forecasting, AR management, trade-in valuation, and discount control
- Exhibit knowledge of operational risk management, compliance enforcement, and security protocols in branch-based retail environments
