Job description
The Client Events and Campaigns Manager at Citi in Dubai is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of client-related operations within the Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments. The role encompasses managing campaign fulfillment, Customer Value Proposition (CVP) programs, and client events while maintaining data accuracy, tracking performance, and ensuring operational compliance. The position requires coordinating offer fulfillment, handling client enrollments, managing gift and lifestyle programs, supporting segmentation changes, facilitating events, processing expenses, and maintaining comprehensive records for audit purposes. The role demands close collaboration with relationship managers, marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client experiences and maintain operational excellence.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly offer and CVP fulfillment, ensuring accurate client eligibility and performing sample checks for compliance with agreed frameworks
- Handle client enrollments for offers and CVP programs, ensuring seamless experience
- Manage client gift and lifestyle programs including eligibility verification, communication to RMs, order placement, and tracking
- Support client portfolio management by executing upgrades, downgrades, and segment changes according to established frameworks
- Provide operational support for client events, including logistics, invitations, RSVPs, and smooth execution
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to facilitate event success and client engagement
- Assist in managing client complaints following established procedures
- Process client queries and requests related to Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments
- Process and reconcile expenses related to client activities, campaigns, and events, ensuring adherence to policies and budgets
- Generate and maintain performance trackers and manage segmentation for primary and joint account holders
- Proactively manage ad-hoc projects, MIS requirements, and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Experience & skills
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- 4–5 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, client services, or sales support within financial services
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and tracking tools, including MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrated adherence to established processes and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in professional interactions with RMs, team leads, and senior stakeholders
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong commitment to data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial services operational platforms
- Experience with client lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, upgrades, downgrades, and offboarding
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to client data and financial operations
- Adept at managing ad-hoc projects, MIS reporting, and operational process improvements
- Ability to quickly identify process bottlenecks and maintain high-quality controls
- Capacity to work dynamically in sync with evolving business requirements
