Job description
The International Business Development Executive / Manager based in Dubai leads GCC and MENA business development for a leading German kitchen and furniture brand. The role involves driving sales growth across retail and project channels while managing relationships with regional distributors, partners, developers, consultants, and interior designers. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, defining business development strategies, ensuring margin and revenue objectives are met, promoting the brand, delivering training to partner teams, coordinating proposal development, and maintaining business development databases and MIS reports. The role also requires close coordination between German HQ, factories, the Middle East office, and regional partners, with extensive travel across MENA, Asia, and Africa. Success in this role depends on strategic account development, brand advocacy, sales execution, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities
- Drive business development across GCC/MENA, managing distributor and partner relationships for retail and project sales
- Set sales targets, define strategies, and ensure achievement of revenue and margin objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, interior designers, key accounts, and distributor teams
- Promote and specify the brand to developers, consultants, and designers in the region
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement brand and promotional plans, supporting marketing activities
- Deliver training to distributor/partner staff on products and brand value proposition
- Manage proposal development by coordinating timelines, preparing drafts, and supporting submission processes
- Maintain and update business development databases and produce MIS reports to track activities and performance
- Coordinate between German HQ/factories, the Middle East office, and regional partners
- Travel extensively across MENA, Asia, and Africa to support sales and business development activities
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Design, Architecture, or related discipline
- 3–5 years experience in business development or sales in kitchens, furniture, building materials, or interior design within GCC/MENA
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Proven track record in key account management and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and proposal-writing skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
- Strategic thinking, results-driven approach, and cultural adaptability
