Job description
The CRM Data Analyst at Al-Futtaim Retail is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing CRM-driven marketing campaigns across multiple retail brands. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-performing, data-driven communications via email and SMS channels. This includes campaign execution, performance reporting, stakeholder management, and continuous optimization to enhance customer engagement, conversions, and retention. The position requires analytical precision, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and performance insights. The CRM Data Analyst will also conduct A/B testing, monitor KPIs like open rates and click-through rates, and recommend actionable improvements to boost overall CRM efficiency and campaign ROI.

Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely setup, delivery, and measurement.
- Manage campaign processes for brand promotions, including communication setup and reporting.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign results and performance across channels (email/SMS).
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement metrics such as open rates, click rates, and subscription rates.
- Collaborate with brand teams and vendors to align messaging, manage campaign requests, and review post-performance outcomes.
- Maintain vendor relationships, overseeing campaign requests, payments, and performance tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, and design to optimize performance indicators.
- Monitor and improve deliverability and conversion rates against benchmark standards.
- Assist in CRM data maintenance tasks such as merging customer accounts and updating mobile numbers upon request.
- Support brand teams in enhancing customer engagement and retention through CRM insights and analytics.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM data analysis or ECRM-focused marketing roles.
- Prior experience managing email and SMS-based CRM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM metrics and optimization techniques, including A/B testing and deliverability management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and campaign workflows under tight deadlines.
- Retail experience preferred, with exposure to customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude and strong organizational abilities.
