Job description
The role leads the Benefits Centre of Expertise for the Middle East region and oversees the coordination of all BCG employee benefit programs across Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha. It is responsible for executing a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with company goals, values, and budgets, ensuring market competitiveness, inclusiveness, compliance, and alignment with evolving employee needs. The position requires overseeing strategic planning and day-to-day operations relating to Middle East benefit programs, handling complex employee queries and escalations, driving process improvements, and developing scalable tools, processes, and automation using technology to enhance employee experience. The role includes managing relationships with benefit plan providers, brokers, and vendors, negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and monitoring service levels. It also requires conducting benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive benefits offerings, staying informed on regional and local laws and regulations impacting employee benefits, and ensuring compliance. The position collaborates closely with the Global Benefits and Wellbeing COE to align strategies and leverage global expertise including healthcare and income protection to enhance local implementation, and partners with relevant teams on processes, practices, and automation. Responsibilities also include raising employee awareness, driving uptake of benefits, and producing clear communication materials to support understanding and utilization of benefits. Preferred background includes experience in professional services firms or Middle Eastern organizations with progressive HR practices, deep experience in international benefits, adjacent experience in compensation and wellbeing, strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making, and fluency in English with Arabic as a plus.

- Dive deep into problems, drive process improvements, and develop scalable tools and processes leveraging technology for automation
- Actively engage employees to drive uptake of benefits and produce clear communications to help staff understand and maximize their benefits
- Manage complex employee queries and escalations regarding benefits
- Manage relationships with benefit plan providers, brokers, and vendors including negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and monitoring service levels
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure benefits packages remain competitive
- Stay informed on regional and local laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting employee benefits and ensure program compliance
- Work closely with Global Benefits and Wellbeing COE to ensure alignment on strategy and leverage global expertise for local implementation
- Partner with other relevant teams on processes, practices, and automation
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field or experience in the consulting industry
- Possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience in professional services firms or Middle Eastern organizations with progressive HR practices, including 5 years of experience in International Benefits ideally in the consulting industry
- Bring knowledge and experience in adjacent areas of Compensation and Wellbeing
- Demonstrate deep interest in analyzing data with the ability to draw insights for decision-making
- Be fluent in English with Arabic fluency as a plus
