Job description
The People Support Officer in the People & Performance function partners with Group Operations and business units to implement human resources strategies that align with organizational goals. This role is responsible for the execution and administration of HR initiatives, ensuring operational excellence across key areas such as performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee engagement. The position involves assessing HR requirements to align with business objectives, supporting monthly payroll, monitoring performance reviews, and driving employee satisfaction. Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, retail, and project-based environments, especially in the GCC, is considered advantageous. Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational needs
- Administer and monitor monthly payroll processes

Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years in an HR leadership role
- Generalist background and knowledge in HR
- Experience in development, execution, and administration of HR initiatives
- Preferably HR experience in the GCC
- Industry experience in real estate, property services, hospitality, tourism, retail, entertainment, or project management
- Ability to analyze HR requirements and convert client business plans to actionable outcomes
- University degree, ideally with professional HR qualifications from a recognised institute
