Job description
Carries out unsupervised troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and testing of mechanical equipment on the production process assigned facilities to ensure functioning within Safety and operational standard. Responsible for all actions by implementation of product quality, controlling the Safe and healthy work condition for all assigned activities, identifying plant Safety, reliability and operability improvement required.

Key responsibilities
- Carries out unsupervised troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and testing of mechanical equipment on production process assigned facilities.
- Ensures all equipment functions within safety and operational standards.
- Implements product quality control measures.
- Maintains safe and healthy working conditions for all assigned activities.
- Identifies and recommends plant safety, reliability, and operability improvements.
Experience & skills
- 8 years varied installation maintenance and repair experience in mechanical environment in and offshore field environment.
- Understands platform cause & effects.
- Capable of understanding the implications of wellhead activities undertaken within a field and the potential to impact on production and the integrity of the corporate asset.
- Completion of Secondary Education (12 years), followed by 2 years full time training in the mechanical trade.
