Job description
The Manager – Digital Learning at Jumeirah Group & Corporate is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling a cutting-edge digital learning strategy that supports employee development across all business units and geographies. This role leads the management of global learning platforms such as Axonify, eCornell, and LinkedIn Learning, ensuring seamless functionality, superior user experience, and impactful content delivery. The position involves identifying content gaps, curating or creating high-quality digital learning materials, and collaborating with internal experts and external vendors to enhance learning engagement. The incumbent will utilize analytics and KPIs to assess learning effectiveness, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and technological fluency to deliver world-class learning experiences aligned with Jumeirah’s luxury brand standards.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global digital learning strategy aligned with Jumeirah’s business objectives and brand standards
- Manage and optimize key learning platforms including Axonify, eCornell, and LinkedIn Learning to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience
- Identify content gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement innovative digital learning modules
- Monitor learner engagement, course completion rates, and overall learning impact using dashboards and analytics tools
- Leverage data insights to optimize learning programs, ensuring alignment with performance and business metrics
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold global governance frameworks across all learning touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with workforce capability needs
- Manage relationships with learning vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness
- Stay up to date with emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance digital learning capabilities
- Prepare and present regular reports on learning KPIs, engagement trends, and platform performance to senior leadership
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or content/platform management
- Proven track record of managing enterprise learning systems and integrating multiple digital learning platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using KPIs and reporting tools to measure learning effectiveness
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in LMS administration and content curation tools, with an understanding of UX and learner engagement principles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Experience within the hospitality, luxury, or service industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
